| Now add ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli and raw mango powders and sauté for another few minutes. Finally, add the potatoes and peas as well as half cup of water. Add salt to taste and cover the pan. When it is cooked, add garam masala and cover the lid again. Open after a few minutes and garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot. |
