| In order to make this barfi, soak the almonds in water overnight. When they puff and double in size, remove the skin and grind into fine paste by adding milk and sugar to it. Heat ghee in a pan and pour the mixture of almond, milk and sugar. Stir continuously and cook till the mixture leave the side of the pan. Finally, add cardamom powder. Pour the cooked mixture into a greased plate and flatten. When cool cut into strips. Garnish with grated almonds on the top of each pieces. |
