| To make this dish, cut the bhindi (okra) into equal pieces. Now heat oil in a wide pan and add cumin seeds to it. Add chopped onions, chillies and garlic. Fry till the onion turn light brown. Add the bhindi and fry well. Then add coriander and dry mango powders and mix again. Fry for another 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook again. Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot. |
