Bhindi Ki Subzi

Bhindi Ki Subji is a simple dish that tastes great with rotis or paranthas. It is side dish and is one of the most relished dishes in the northern states of India. The preparation procedure of this dish is very simple and easy.
To make this dish, cut the bhindi (okra) into equal pieces. Now heat oil in a wide pan and add cumin seeds to it. Add chopped onions, chillies and garlic. Fry till the onion turn light brown. Add the bhindi and fry well. Then add coriander and dry mango powders and mix again. Fry for another 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook again. Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot.
